As written in my blog I have been having lots of slow and hanging connections in Firefox 3.6.8.
Forget about it and download Firefox 4 (Beta 3) now!!
It works great and has lots of good stuff in it.
You can install it without effecting your 3.6 installation, so there is no excuse not to test it.
